Software Delivery Policy
When you have purchased your product via the Howler Online Store and the payment has been authorized, you will receive an email containing download instructions and other important info, to the email address you assigned to your purchase. Howler aims to deliver your software immediately on payment being confirmed. In circumstances where actual verification of payment may take longer, Howler will make reasonable efforts to complete the verification process as quickly as possible and customers should expect all goods and services to be delivered within 5 working days from purchase.
Software is delivered to you by Internet download (zip file) only. Full license authorization numbers will be issued to you upon installation of the software on your network.
Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
At Howler, we want you to be delighted with your purchase and make every effort to provide software solutions that will have a positive impact on your business. Occasionally though, we realize that you may want to return items.
You may return an item purchased on one of Howler’s web stores within seven working days from the day you received your item(s). This applies to downloaded and delivered software.
However, we cannot accept cancellations of software products for which a license key has been generated and provided to you. All purchases of licensed software products are final. Refunds are not available under any circumstances for Howler software for which you have received a license.
If you wish to return software to Howler (for which a license key has NOT been issued and was purchased by you within the last seven working days), please call the Response Centre below to arrange to return the product and obtain a refund:

EU Statutory Rights – Internet Purchases
Howler adheres to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 regarding the protection of consumers in respect of distance contract.
Through this regulation, customers in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase of an item from the howler.com web store within seven working days (cooling-off period) of receiving a product from Howler. We cannot accept cancellations of orders for the purchase of software products that have had licence keys issued for them.
